Boustead Secures Phase 2 Fit-Out Contract from a Repeat Client,Valued at Over S$50 Million

NewTimeSpace News,March 24,Boustead, a Singapore-listed company, announced that its subsidiary BP E&C has won a Phase 2 fit-out contract from a Fortune 500 repeat client, with the contract value exceeding S$50 million.

NewTimeSpace News: On March 24, 2026, Boustead issued an announcement stating that BP E&C, its engineering and construction subsidiary under the Real Estate Solutions Division, has successfully secured a Phase 2 fit-out contract from a Fortune 500 repeat client, with the contract value surpassing S$50 million.

It is reported that the contract covers the Phase 2 fit-out works of an integrated manufacturing, logistics and office facility in Singapore, with a fit-out area of over 5,500 square metres. The facility was successfully delivered by BP E&C in 2024, and its Phase 1 project was awarded the Green Mark Platinum rating under the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore’s revised 2021 Green Mark Certification Scheme.

Thomas Chu, Managing Director of BP E&C, stated that winning the renewed contract from the repeat client demonstrates the client’s continued trust in the Group’s service capabilities, and the Group will continue to support the client’s business development in Singapore.
