Soon Hock Completes Disposal of Kaki Bukit Property,Transaction Officially Concluded

NewTimeSpace News: On March 23, 2026, the board of directors of Soon Hock released an announcement stating that the previously disclosed property disposal transaction has been completed, with the completion date falling on the date of the announcement.

According to the announcement, the property being disposed of is situated at 8 Kaki Bukit Avenue 4 #03-06, Singapore. It was sold by Soon Hock Property Development, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Soon Hock, to Bright Oasis Pte. Ltd. and/or its nominee. First disclosed in the announcements dated November 7 and November 27, 2025, the transaction has now been officially concluded as Soon Hock has received the balance of the property sale proceeds.
