Aoxin Q&M to Close Panjin Stomatology Hospital,Expected to Incur One-off Expenses of RMB 3 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On March 23, 2026, Aoxin Q&M released an announcement to close its subsidiary Panjin Aoxin Quanmin Stomatology Hospital, with the closure scheduled for mid-April 2026 when the hospital's existing lease expires.

According to the announcement, the closure is part of Aoxin Q&M's business streamlining and rationalisation efforts. Panjin Aoxin Quanmin Stomatology Hospital has been running at a loss since its establishment in 2017. Closing the hospital is expected to stem its annual losses and allow the Group to redirect resources to its other profitable hospitals and clinics.
