NewTimeSpace News: On March 19, 2026, Singapore-based Tritech Group announced via a public notice that it had signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Fangzhi Technology Co., Ltd. Pursuant to the agreement, Tritech Network Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tritech, was appointed as the regional distribution partner and obtained the non-exclusive distribution rights for Fangzhi Technology's AI education software, equipment and platform solutions in Singapore and the ASEAN region, with a cooperation term of two years.

Tritech Group stated that this cooperation aims to expand new revenue streams and enrich the existing business layout, helping the group break into the rapidly growing AI-driven education market and promote AI education solutions to educational institutions, enterprises and government-related projects in the region. In addition, the two parties agreed to explore the establishment of a joint venture in Singapore if the business in the region progresses smoothly.

According to information, Shenzhen Fangzhi Technology is mainly engaged in the R&D and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies in the education sector, with its core products including smart learning platforms, intelligent teaching tools and data-driven education systems.
