The consideration for the acquisition has not been disclosed to the public, and the announcement stated that FLT will fund the transaction with its cash reserves.

The announcement showed that upon completion of the transaction, Fresh Approach will be integrated into FLT's FCM Meetings & Events business unit, retaining its own creative brand identity while leveraging FLT's global scale, governance system and technological advantages for development.

FLT stated that the addition of Fresh Approach will enable the comprehensive integration of end-to-end services, which will not only enhance the customer experience and reduce reliance on external suppliers, but also recapture the profit margins previously lost to outsourcers. FLT said it can offer Fresh Approach's creative and meetings & events services to its 2,200 UK corporate clients, while Fresh Approach's clients will gain access to FLT's global corporate travel management services, forming a synergy for two-way growth.
