NewTimeSpace News: On 18 March 2026, the board of directors of CSC Holdings issued an announcement disclosing the subscription results for its two series of digital commercial papers. Both series were launched on 4 March and the subscription was successfully closed at 11:30 a.m. (Singapore Time) on the same day of the announcement.

According to the announcement, the Series 010 3-month digital commercial papers received a total subscription of S$3.01 million from accredited and institutional investors. The papers will be issued on the SDAX Platform on 18 March and mature on 18 June. The Series 007 6-month digital commercial papers garnered a total subscription of S$4.89 million from the same category of investors, to be issued on the same platform on the same day and mature on 16 September. The two series of papers have raised a total of S$7.9 million with full subscription accomplished.

It is learned that Taurus Point Capital Pte. Ltd., an exempt corporate finance adviser, acted as the advisor for the issuance of the two series of papers and the relevant financing programme.
