Wing Tai Holdings Discloses Completion of Land Parcel Acquisition in Mont Kiara,Kuala Lumpur for Residential Development

NewTimeSpace News, 18 March,Wing Tai Holdings, a Singapore-listed company, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wing Kiara has completed the acquisition of a freehold land parcel in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, with a total transaction consideration of MYR 45 million. The land will be subsequently developed into a residential project for sale.

NewTimeSpace News: On 18 March 2026, the board of directors of Wing Tai Holdings issued an announcement disclosing the completion of the land acquisition by its wholly-owned subsidiary Wing Kiara. According to the announcement, Wing Kiara has entered into a Sale & Purchase Agreement with Puncak Melati Sdn. Bhd. to acquire a freehold land parcel located in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. The parcel is situated in Tempat Sungai Teba, Mukim Batu, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, covering a land area of approximately 11,092 square metres.

As stated in the announcement, the total consideration for this acquisition is MYR 45 million, and the acquisition was officially completed on 16 March 2026.

Wing Tai Holdings indicated that this land acquisition falls within the scope of the company's ordinary course of business. Upon completion of the acquisition, its subsidiary Wing Kiara will develop the land parcel into a residential project for external sale, so as to further advance the company's layout of related businesses.
