COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) Discloses Construction Progress of Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase II

NewTimeSpace News, 18 March, COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore), a listed company on the Singapore Exchange, issued an announcement disclosing the construction progress of its Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase II project. The project construction is currently progressing steadily, and the demolition work on part of the Phase I structure is also underway smoothly.

NewTimeSpace News: On 18 March 2026, the board of directors of COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) released an announcement to disclose the latest construction progress of its Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase II project.

According to the announcement, as of March 2026, the construction of the Phase II project has been advancing steadily. The main structural works have progressed to the third and fourth floors, and supporting works such as the installation of internal drainage systems, construction of external driveways, installation of fire protection systems and air-conditioning ducting are being carried out simultaneously.

In addition, the announcement stated that to facilitate the connection between the Phase II and Phase I projects, COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) is carrying out demolition work on part of the Phase I structure of the Jurong Island Logistics Hub. At present, the demolition work is progressing smoothly with minimal disruption to the normal operations of Phase I. It is learned that upon completion, the Phase II project will be connected to the Phase I facilities, which will further expand the warehousing space and handling capacity of the logistics hub and help enhance the efficiency of its logistics services in Southeast Asia.
