INTRACO Announces Issuance of Multi-Currency Digital Commercial Papers
NewTimeSpace News: On 18 March 2026, INTRACO LIMITED disclosed in a public notice the completion of the issuance of three series of commercial papers in the form of digital securities on the same day, all of which fall under the scope of its SDAX Commercial Paper Facility Programme.
According to the notice, the issuance includes three types of products: first, the 27th series of Singapore Dollar digital commercial papers with a tenor of 29 days and an annual interest rate of 3.4%, raising S$20.05 million from accredited investors; second, the 20th series of US Dollar digital commercial papers with the same 29-day tenor and an annual interest rate of 4.5%, raising US$5.92 million from accredited investors on the SDAX Exchange; third, the 5th series of 6-month Singapore Dollar digital commercial papers for retail investors with a tenor of 183 days and an annual interest rate of 2.78%, raising S$0.41 million on the Capital Markets Platform.
In terms of issuance channels, the short-term Singapore Dollar and US Dollar commercial papers were issued on the SDAX Exchange on the same day. As a licensed digital asset exchange in Singapore regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the SDAX Exchange is dedicated to providing a variety of digital securities investment opportunities. The retail Singapore Dollar commercial papers were issued on the Capital Markets Platform on the same day.
The notice specified that Taurus Point Capital Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of INTRACO and an exempt corporate finance adviser, acted as the adviser for this issuance.
