NewTimeSpace News:On 18 March 2026, Ley Choon Group released an announcement formally disclosing key arrangements for its listing transfer, marking the company’s imminent completion of the shift from SGX Catalist to the Mainboard.

According to the announcement, the transfer will officially take effect on 23 March 2026, with trading of Ley Choon shares on the SGX Mainboard commencing at 9:00 a.m. that day. Meanwhile, the appointment of RHT Capital Pte. Ltd. as the company’s continuing sponsor under Catalist will cease upon the effective date of the transfer.
