NewTimeSpace News:On March 17, 2026, the board of directors of Samudera Shipping Line issued an announcement disclosing the progress of the acquisition and delivery of vessels by its Japanese subsidiary BOS.

It is reported that Samudera Shipping Line released a press release on December 16, 2025, announcing the establishment of BOS in Japan and its plan to acquire two container vessels from Imoto Lines Ltd as BOS's initial fleet. According to the announcement, BOS has entered into a vessel sale and purchase agreement with the relevant party and completed the delivery of the two vessels, MV "Sagami" and MV "Hyogo", on March 17, 2026 in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

Pursuant to the announcement, the two vessels will be incorporated into BOS's initial fleet upon the completion of delivery and used for its intended business operations.
