Hatten Land Updates Progress on Secured Facility Agreement with Formal Termination of Relevant Agreements

NewTimeSpace News,On 16 March, Hatten Land, a Singapore-listed company under judicial management, issued an announcement disclosing that it has used a portion of the loan under the facility agreement signed with Skyone to refinance its indebtedness under the previously entered secured facility agreement with Brilliant. Brilliant has executed a deed of discharge and release, formally terminating the relevant secured facility agreement and the assignment of receivables agreement.

NewTimeSpace News:On 16 March 2026, Hatten Land issued an announcement through Tan Wei Cheong, its Joint Judicial Manager, on behalf of the company, disclosing the latest progress regarding its secured facility agreement.

The announcement stated that Hatten Land entered into a secured facility agreement with Brilliant on 23 December 2025, and subsequently signed another facility agreement with Skyone on 13 March 2026. Hatten Land has utilised a portion of the loan under this latter agreement to refinance its existing financial indebtedness under the secured facility agreement with Brilliant.

Accordingly, Brilliant executed a deed of discharge and release on 16 March, confirming that upon Hatten Land’s full payment and satisfaction of the relevant indebtedness, all financing arrangements under the secured facility agreement are formally cancelled, and the secured facility agreement as well as the assignment of receivables agreement are simultaneously terminated. The relevant rights and obligations of all parties to the agreements shall cease with immediate effect on the date of termination.
