NewTimeSpace News:On March 16, 2026, Acrophyte Hospitality Trust (ACRO-HT) issued an announcement to terminate the planned sale of its Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Parkway, with the relevant matter jointly disclosed by its two managing companies.

The announcement stated that ACRO-HT had previously released an announcement on December 17, 2025, disclosing the planned sale of the hotel. The transaction was terminated because the buyer, prior to the expiry of the due diligence period (mutually extended by both parties to March 16, 2026), served a written notice to the seller to elect to terminate the purchase and sale agreement. Following the termination of the transaction, the earnest money deposit of US$100,000 received has been refunded to the buyer.

ACRO-HT stated that its management team will continue to explore various strategic options in relation to the hotel, and will strictly comply with the relevant obligations under the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange. It will issue timely announcements if there are any material developments that require disclosure.
