NewTimeSpace News:On March 12, 2026, Singapore-based F&B group GS Holdings issued an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary ODN has secured distribution authorization from C&C Export, the distribution arm of renowned French champagne house ARVITIS.

Pursuant to the announcement, ODN will exclusively distribute the full range of Thiénot-branded champagnes on an agency basis, and act as the authorized distributor for a selection of wines from C&C Export, including open market products from CVBG, its affiliated company. The distribution rights are limited to the Singapore market only, with a valid term of three years expiring on December 31, 2028.

GS Holdings stated that this partnership will enrich ODN's product portfolio, catering to diverse channels in the Singapore market such as banqueting, high-end retail and fine dining, and form a synergy with ODN's omni-channel distribution model covering both online and offline channels.
