Mary Chia Announces Completion of 5.7143 Million New Shares Subscription

NewTimeSpace News,Singapore-listed company Mary Chia announced on March 9 the completion of the proposed new shares subscription. The company allotted and issued 5.7143 million new shares to the subscriber at a subscription price of S$0.035 per share, bringing the company's total share capital up to 334 million shares accordingly.

NewTimeSpace News:On March 9, 2026, the board of directors of Mary Chia announced the official completion of the proposed new shares subscription, which was announced on February 6 and February 27, 2026.

Pursuant to the terms of the subscription agreement, Mary Chia allotted and issued 5,714,285 new shares (the Subscription Shares) to the subscriber on the same day at a subscription price of S$0.035 per share. All the Subscription Shares are fully paid-up and free from any encumbrances such as mortgages and liens. Save that they shall not be entitled to any dividends, allotments and other distributions whose record dates fall on or before the completion date, the Subscription Shares rank pari passu with the existing shares of the company and carry the same rights.

The announcement specified that following the issuance of the new shares, the total number of issued and fully paid-up ordinary shares of Mary Chia has increased from 328 million to 334 million shares. It is learnt that the newly subscribed shares are expected to be listed and traded on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange at around 9:00 a.m. on March 11.
