NewTimeSpace News:On March 5, GS HOLDINGS LIMITED disclosed in a notice that the previously proposed acquisition of all the issued and fully paid-up share capital of Dyspatchr Pte. Ltd. has been officially completed, all relevant preconditions have been satisfied, and Dyspatchr Pte. Ltd. has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of GS Holdings.

According to the notice, GS HOLDINGS LIMITED completed the placement and issue of an aggregate of 36.5334 million new shares on the same day, with an issue price of SGD 0.0431 per share for all shares. Among them, 35.3733 million shares are consideration shares placed to the sellers of the transaction, and 1.1601 million shares are retention incentive shares issued to the core employees.

It is learned that the consideration shares and retention incentive shares issued this time are expected to be listed and traded on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange starting at 9:00 a.m. on March 9.
