The company is approved to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding RMB 80 billion to professional investors. This approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration approval, and the company may issue the bonds in installments within the validity period.

Pursuant to this approval, the company may publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding RMB 80 billion to professional investors.

This approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration approval, and the company may issue the bonds in installments within the validity period. The board of directors and the management of the company will implement the aforementioned corporate bond issuance in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and the above approval, based on the authorization granted by the company's 2023 annual general meeting.
