On February 25, 2026, the company received the Notice on Accepting the Application of Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation for Issuance of Shares to Purchase Assets (SSE Science and Technology Review (M&A and Restructuring) [2026] No.7) issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
