NewTimeSpace News: According to the announcement disclosed on the Singapore Exchange on February 25, 2026, the trustee of LENDLEASE GLOBAL COMMERCIAL TRUST MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. has signed an acquisition agreement with the seller.

It is reported that the acquisition involves three agreements, including the purchase of 30% of the issued units in PLQM Trust (which holds an indirect interest in PLQ Mall), the seller’s 30% equity interest in the trustee-manager of the trust, and 100% equity interest in LL PLQM 2 Pte. Ltd.. Among them, the consideration for the acquisition related to PLQ Mall is approximately S$100.8 million, and the consideration for the other two transactions is a nominal amount.

In terms of financing,LENDLEASE GLOBAL COMMERCIAL TRUST MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. plans to issue new units via an underwritten non-renounceable preferential offering to raise gross proceeds of approximately S$196.6 million. The proceeds raised will be used to cover the acquisition costs, relevant expenses and debt repayment.
