GBA DYNAMIC (01189.HK): Delisting by HKEX, Removed from Listing from February 16

NewTimeSpace News:The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced that with effect from 9:00 a.m. on February 16, 2026, the listing of Greater Bay Area Dynamic Growth Holding Limited (01189.HK) will be cancelled pursuant to Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules. The company’s shares have been suspended from trading since April 2, 2024, and it failed to comply with the resumption guidance by October 1, 2025.
NewTimeSpace News: The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited issued a notice on February 12, 2026, announcing that the listing status of Greater Bay Area Dynamic Growth Holding Limited (01189.HK) will be cancelled, with effect from 9:00 a.m. on February 16, 2026.
According to the notice, the company’s shares have been suspended from trading since April 2, 2024. Under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, the HKEX may cancel the listing of a company if it fails to resume trading by October 1, 2025.
The company did not meet the resumption directives set by the HKEX and resume trading within the specified deadline. On October 17, 2025, the Listing Committee decided to cancel its listing status. The company subsequently applied to the Listing Review Committee for a review on October 27, 2025. On February 3, 2026, the Listing Review Committee upheld the original decision and confirmed the delisting.
The HKEX has required the company to issue an announcement regarding the cancellation of its listing status, and advised shareholders to seek appropriate professional advice if they have any questions about the impact of delisting.
