Road King (01098.HK): Winding-up Hearing for Its Subsidiary New Select Adjourned to February 16

NewTimeSpace News: Pursuant to the Listing Rules and the Inside Information Provisions, Road King Infrastructure Limited (01098.HK) announced on February 3 an update on the winding-up petition presented against its wholly-owned subsidiary New Select Global Limited.

In accordance with an order issued by the British Virgin Islands Court, the hearing for the winding-up petition against New Select has been adjourned to February 16, 2026. On that date, the hearing for the winding-up petition will be concurrently heard with the application by New Select for the appointment of a provisional liquidator at the same court.

The Company stated that it will continue to inform shareholders and investors of any material developments regarding the winding-up petition and the comprehensive resolution plan, and will make further announcements in due course in accordance with the Listing Rules. Previously, the Company had issued announcements on this matter on November 21, 2025 and January 19, 2026 respectively.
