UNI MEDICAL(02666.HK): Subsidiary Plans to Issue Up to RMB1 Billion Corporate Bonds with AAA Credit Rating

The issuance scale will not exceed RMB1 billion, with a base term of 5 years and an AAA issuer credit rating. The offline issuance is scheduled to start on February 3.

NewTimeSpace News:UNI MEDICAL(02666.HK) released an announcement on February 2, 2026, disclosing matters related to the domestic public issuance of corporate bonds by its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Universal Leasing Co., Ltd. (the "Issuer"). According to the announcement, the Issuer has received approval from the CSRC to publicly issue domestic public corporate bonds to qualified investors with a total maximum principal amount of RMB8 billion. As of the announcement date, the remaining issuance quota is RMB4.4 billion. The current issuance is the first tranche of 2026 corporate bonds, with a total principal amount not exceeding RMB1 billion and a base term of 5 years.

As stated in the announcement, the corporate bonds will be issued through offline inquiry and placement to qualified investors on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The par value and issue price are both RMB100 per bond, and the Issuer holds an AAA credit rating. The offline issuance is expected to commence on February 3.
