Domaine Power Holdings Limited (00442.HK): Rights Issue Oversubscribed; Rights Shares Expected to Start Trading on January 23
Domaine Power Holdings Limited (00442.HK) released an announcement on January 21, disclosing the results and completion status of its rights issue.
According to the announcement, the rights issue received valid acceptances and applications for approximately 99.727 million shares, representing about 115.49% of the total 86.35 million shares available for subscription – equivalent to an oversubscription rate of around 15.49%. The Company’s controlling shareholder has fully subscribed for its entire entitlement under the rights issue.
The net proceeds raised from the rights issue amount to approximately HK$58 million, which will be applied in accordance with the intended uses as set out in the rights issue prospectus. The rights issue became unconditional at 4:00 p.m. on January 14, 2026.
The Company expects that the fully paid-up rights shares will commence trading on the SEHK at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026. The relevant refund cheques and share certificates are expected to be despatched on or before January 22, 2026.
In addition, the exercise price and the number of shares issuable upon exercise of the outstanding share options granted under the Company’s 2023 Share Option Scheme have been adjusted accordingly upon the completion of the rights issue.
