BRETON announced that Chen Fangming, Chairman, General Manager, Executive Director and Controlling Shareholder of the company, has increased his holdings of the company’s H shares by 170,000 shares with his own funds, accounting for 0.04% of the total issued share capital. After the increase, Chen Fangming’s total shareholding ratio reaches 30.35%.
