XINKONG INT CAP(00993.HK): Enters into Three-Year Financial Services Framework Agreement with Annual Cap of HK$4.6 Million

XINKONG INT CAP announced on January 19 that it has entered into a framework agreement with CITIC Financial Assets International Holdings, valid for three years until December 31, 2028. Under the agreement, the company will provide financial services including securities brokerage, corporate financial advisory and asset management to connected clients, with an annual transaction cap of HK$4.6 million for each year.

NewTimeSpace News: XINKONG INT CAP (00993.HK) announced in a disclosure on January 19, 2026 that it has entered into a framework agreement with its indirect controlling shareholder, CITIC Financial Assets International Holdings. The agreement clarifies the core arrangements for providing financial services to connected clients over the next three years, constituting a continuing connected transaction.

Pursuant to the agreement, the scope of services covers three categories: securities trading brokerage, placement, underwriting and distribution services; corporate financial advisory services; and asset management services. In terms of the amount, the annual transaction cap under the agreement is set at HK$4.6 million for each year.

XINKONG INT CAP stated that this cooperation is expected to expand the business scale through the connected party's client network, tap into opportunities in the non-performing assets sector, generate synergies and boost revenue.
