According to the announcement, the contract is granted by Singapore's Ministry of Health, and the core project is the construction of a nursing home at Alexandra Health Campus in Singapore, with a total contract value of approximately SGD96 million. The construction is expected to officially commence in March 2026.
The board of directors of KWAN YONG stated that the contract is entered into in the ordinary course of business and is not expected to have a material impact on the company's net tangible assets and earnings per share for the current fiscal year.
