Eurasia Aerosol, a subsidiary of Precious PRECIOUS DRAGON, has entered into a construction agreement with a contractor to carry out the construction and renovation project of its production factory in Guangzhou, with a total investment of RMB34.8 million (approximately HK$38.3 million). Expected to be completed by July 29, 2026, the project will help the company expand production capacity, meet the requirements of environmental regulations, and enhance the competitiveness of its Original Brand Manufacturing (OBM) business.
NewTimeSpace News: PRECIOUS DRAGON (01861.HK) announced on January 7, 2026, that its wholly-owned subsidiary Eurasia Aerosol has entered into a construction agreement with an independent third-party contractor, focusing on the construction and renovation of the company's production factory in Guangzhou.
Pursuant to the agreement, the contractor will provide construction and renovation services for the factory, which is designed to meet the production needs of daily chemical products, plastic products and aerosol products. The total contract amount is RMB34.8 million (approximately HK$38.3 million), and the funds will be allocated through the Group's internal resources and bank loans.
According to the announcement, the contracted project is expected to be completed by July 29, 2026, and the contractor will provide a two-year warranty period after completion. PRECIOUS DRAGON stated that the conclusion of this agreement is mainly based on the growth potential of the domestic personal care products market, aiming to expand and upgrade its Original Brand Manufacturing (OBM) business.
