China Galaxy Securities said in its overseas computing-power biweekly report that both memory contract prices and optical device capacity schedules point to a tight supply-demand pattern lasting until 2027-2029, and the visibility of computing-power capital expenditure has not declined due to short-term market volatility; on the supply side, the constraint has shifted from GPU scheduling to memory capacity, optical device capacity and data-centre power grid connection, and value is being redistributed along capacity scarcity, with segments holding indium phosphide device, high-capacity DDR5 and HBM capacity enjoying stronger pricing power.
