CSOP HK China Connect(03432.HK) up 1.19%, PBoC cuts PSL rate by 25bp

NewTimeSpace News:as of 10:33 HKT on September 30, 2026, CSOP MSCI HK China Connect Select ETF (03432.HK) rose 1.19% to HK$106.150, with turnover of HK$317,100.

NewTimeSpace has learned that the ETF is managed by CSOP Asset Management Limited and tracks the MSCI HK China Connect Select Index, which covers the 30 largest securities of the MSCI China Index and the MSCI Hong Kong Index that are listed on the SEHK and eligible for southbound trading under Stock Connect. As of 10:33 HKT on September 30, 2026, the ETF had HK$10.71bn in assets, a net asset value of HK$105.067 per unit and a board lot of 10 units.

On the news front, the People's Bank of China announced adjustments to several monetary policy tools, cutting the interest rate on pledged supplementary lending (PSL) by 0.25 percentage point to 1.5% for one-year loans from 1.75%, adding "six networks" construction — water, new power grids, computing, next-generation communications, urban underground pipelines and logistics — to PSL-supported areas, and raising relending quotas for technology innovation and industrial upgrading by CN¥200bn and for agriculture and small businesses by CN¥500bn.

EB SECURITIES said Hong Kong stocks were volatile in September but valuations remain low and the market has already priced in much of the external negative factors, with conditions abroad showing signs of easing at the margin.
