NewTimeSpace News: as of 09:36 HKT on September 30, 2026, CSOP Nikkei 225 Index ETF (03153.HK) rose 1.49% to HK$135.900, with turnover of HK$637,100, volume of 4,680 units and a turnover rate of 0.05%.

NewTimeSpace has learned that the ETF is managed by CSOP Asset Management Limited and tracks the Nikkei 225 Index, covering major listed companies in the Japanese market. As of 09:36 HKT on September 30, the ETF had HK$1.22bn in assets, a net asset value of HK$133.892 per unit and a board lot of 10 units.

On the news front,Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said industrial output fell 1.7% in August from July, a second straight monthly decline, against market expectations of a 1.3% increase, as an earthquake in Kumamoto Prefecture halted production at some plants.

Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities said in a report that it had moved forward its expected timing for Bank of Japan rate hikes to December 2026 and April 2027, from January and June 2027 previously, reflecting its reassessment of the persistence of Japanese inflation and the pace of the central bank's policy shift.
