As of 10:47 on September 23, 2026, the E Fund (HK) Solactive Biopharma Select Index ETF(03186.HK) rose 1.47% intraday, quoted at HK$15.150, with turnover of HK$958,500, volume of 63,400 units and a turnover rate of 3.73%.

On the news front, People's Daily reported that out-licensing deals by Chinese innovative drug makers have exceeded US$120 billion so far this year, up 36% year on year, with upfront payments topping US$10 billion. Separately, the 15th Five-Year Plan for the pharmaceutical industry issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other departments targets average annual growth of more than 20% for the innovative drug industry by 2030, with first-in-class drugs accounting for more than 25% of the global total.
Northeast Securities said in a research note that favourable industrial policies and a wave of AI drug discovery catalysts are helping Chinese innovative drug makers gain overseas recognition for their R&D strength.
