E Fund AI ETF (03489.HK) up 0.98% intraday, AICC opens in Beijing

NewTimeSpace News: AI-related stocks rallied on Monday morning. As of 11:12 HKT on September 21, 2026, E Fund AI ETF (03489.HK) rose 0.98% intraday to HK$13.410, with turnover of HK$24.9496 million and a turnover rate of 3.79%.

NewTimeSpace learned that the ETF, managed by E Fund Asset Management (Hong Kong), tracks the FTSE Customized Global Artificial Intelligence Selected Index and is a passive equity index product. As of today, the ETF has assets under management of HK$653 million, a net asset value of HK$13.301 per unit, a board lot of 100 units.

On the news front, the 7th AI Computing Conference (AICC) opened in Beijing on Monday, focusing on the computing industry transformation driven by AI agents; the CSI HK Stock Connect AI Application Index was officially launched the same day; and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently deployed the "AI plus manufacturing" initiative to deepen the integration of AI with the real economy.

Guosen Securities noted that surging AI computing demand is driving rapid profit growth across the industry chain, with AI agents boosting token consumption by 20 to 30 times, and it expects computing power demand to accelerate through 2026. Tianfeng Securities said AI budgets in key industries such as manufacturing, government services and finance are set to be released faster, moving AI-agent applications from pilots toward large-scale adoption.
