Finance may be entering a new era as the NYSE officially launches its blockchain platform; Pando Blockchain ETF (03112.HK) surged more than 1.5%.

NewTimeSpace — January 18, 2026: The New York Stock Exchange officially announced it is building a blockchain platform to tokenize U.S. stocks and ETFs and enable 24/7 trading. The “old king” of finance and the “new nobility” of the digital age have shaken hands in a historic moment. On the news, Pando Blockchain ETF (03112.HK) opened up more than 1.5%; the fund has gained 12.16% year-to-date (Wind, as of 20 Jan 2025).

The platform will fuse the NYSE’s existing matching engine with a private blockchain, using stablecoins as settlement cash. It promises to free up large buffers of locked capital, cut systemic risk and remove the time-zone barrier for global investors. ICE executives say the system could go live later this year and discussions with the SEC are active. Nasdaq has already filed a similar proposal, escalating the Wall Street race to tokenise traditional assets.

A Pandu Blockchain (03112.HK) invests in companies that benefit from blockchain adoption—infra providers, application operators and hardware enablers. Holdings include global leaders such as Coinbase and Iris Energy, positioning the ETF for the long-term growth of digital assets and Web 3.0.

As of 30 September 2025 the fund’s cumulative return is close to 200%. Its 2024 performance ranked near the top among global blockchain ETFs, underlining strong profitability (Wind).
