NewTimeSpace News: On 3 September 2026, Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01276) announced that its subsidiary, Shandong Shengdi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., has received the acceptance notice issued by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for the marketing application of HRS-7535 tablets (acceptance numbers: CXHS2600122 and CXHS2600124). The proposed indication is for long-term weight management in adults with an initial body mass index (BMI) meeting the following requirements, on the basis of diet control and increased exercise: (i) BMI ≥28kg/m² (obesity), or (ii) BMI ≥24kg/m² (overweight) accompanied by at least one weight-related comorbidity (such as hyperglycaemia, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, obstructive sleep apnoea and fatty liver).

The filing is based on a multicentre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-design pivotal Phase III clinical trial (study number: HRS-7535-303) in adults who are overweight or obese, evaluating the efficacy, safety and tolerability of HRS-7535 tablets at 120mg and 180mg versus placebo in non-diabetic participants with obesity or overweight accompanied by at least one weight-related comorbidity. The study was led by Professor Mu Yiming of the First Medical Centre of the Chinese PLA General Hospital as the principal investigator, with 50 centres initiated nationwide and 556 subjects randomised. The results showed that all dose groups of HRS-7535 tablets achieved all primary and key secondary endpoints at 44 weeks of treatment, with an average weight reduction of up to 10.9% in the 180mg group; the weight-loss effect persisted with continued treatment, with an average weight reduction of up to 11.1% in the 180mg group at week 50; improvements in multiple cardiometabolic indicators were also observed, with safety and tolerability data consistent with other reported oral GLP-1 therapies and no new safety signals identified.

HRS-7535 tablets are a novel oral small-molecule glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) agonist, which can promote pancreatic insulin secretion, reduce glucagon secretion and inhibit gastric emptying by activating the human GLP-1R, and can also enhance satiety and suppress appetite by affecting the central nervous system, for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and weight loss. Globally, the only oral small-molecule GLP-1R agonist approved to date is Lilly's FOUNDAYO (orforglipron), which received FDA approval in April 2026. As of the date of this announcement, the cumulative R&D investment in the HRS-7535 tablets project amounts to approximately RMB 494.4 million (unaudited).

Under the cooperation agreement, patients meeting the indications may be referred in both directions: Oncare is responsible for compliant overseas education and notification, patient initial screening and assessment, cross-border referral coordination, entry and treatment guidance, and post-treatment overseas rehabilitation and follow-up management, while the Hospital is responsible for BNCT clinical treatment during hospitalisation, inpatient management, medical quality and safety, and timely updates of treatment progress to Oncare; the parties will also conduct joint MDT consultations for screened patients. The framework agreement has a term of one year from signing and may be renewed upon negotiation, with specific implementation arrangements to be set out in separate implementation agreements. Oncare is a Hong Kong comprehensive oncology specialist institution providing full-spectrum cancer care services including radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and in-clinic chemotherapy, and is a member of Tianma Medical Group, whose network covers Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines and Vietnam.

The Hospital is the Group's flagship project in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone in Hainan, China, which entered trial operation in February 2026, began treating patients in March 2026 and has completed dozens of treatments to date, with approved indications mainly covering head and neck tumours and plans to expand to other solid tumours; according to the announcement dated 3 August 2026, based on three-month post-treatment follow-up, the overall response rate of the first 10 head and neck cancer patients treated with BNCT at the Hospital reached 80%. The Company stated that this cooperation will expand the overseas patient sources for the Hospital's BNCT services by leveraging the pioneering medical policies of the Boao Lecheng pilot zone and Oncare's screening, referral and follow-up capabilities, establishing a closed-loop cross-border service and enabling the Group to expand from the Chinese market to the Asian market.

NewTimeSpace News: On 3 September 2026, Akeso, Inc. (stock code: 09926) announced that in the randomised, double-blind, controlled, multi-centre Phase III clinical study (AK112-303/HARMONi-2) evaluating the Company's self-developed, globally first-in-class bispecific antibody ivonescimab (PD-1/VEGF) monotherapy versus pembrolizumab monotherapy as first-line treatment for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with positive PD-L1 expression (PD-L1 TPS≥1%), the pre-specified interim analysis of overall survival (OS) assessed by the Independent Data Monitoring Committee (IDMC) met the key secondary OS endpoint, achieving positive results with statistical significance and clinical benefit. Detailed data from the results will be presented at future international academic conferences and published in academic journals.

The study enrolled 398 subjects in total, with progression-free survival (PFS) as the primary endpoint and OS as the key secondary endpoint. In May 2024, the study met its primary PFS endpoint, with median PFS of 11.14 months and 5.82 months in the ivonescimab and control groups respectively, and a PFS HR of 0.51 (P<0.0001). The indication was approved for marketing in China in 2025; ivonescimab has overcome the contraindication of VEGF agents in patients with squamous carcinoma, offering patients a superior "chemo-free" option.

Ivonescimab (PD-1/VEGF) is the world's first-in-class PD-1/VEGF bispecific tumour immunotherapy drug, approved by the NMPA on 24 May 2024 for the treatment of EGFR-mutated non-squamous NSCLC progressing after EGFR-TKI therapy, with a new indication approved on 25 April 2025 for first-line treatment of PD-L1-positive locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC (both indications included in the latest National Reimbursement Drug List), and a further new indication approved on 12 August 2026 for first-line treatment of squamous NSCLC. Ivonescimab has initiated 60 Phase II/III clinical studies across more than 40 indications, including lung cancer, biliary tract cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and triple-negative breast cancer, of which 17 registrational Phase II/III clinical studies are being efficiently advanced.

NewTimeSpace News: On 3 September 2026, Cutia Therapeutics (stock code: 02487) announced that the biologics licence application (BLA) for CU-20101 (botulinum toxin type A for injection) developed by the Group has been accepted by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), for the indication of improving moderate to severe glabellar lines.

According to the announcement, CU-20101 will not use animal-derived materials or human serum albumin in its manufacturing process, thereby eliminating the risks of transmissible spongiform encephalopathy (TSE) infection and related allergic reactions, and is expected to have a favourable safety profile. CU-20101 will further enrich the Group's dermatology product matrix and facilitate synergies with the Group's existing products; given the broad demand in the skin treatment market, a diversified product portfolio is expected to help the Group capture a larger market share.

The Company noted that it cannot ensure that CU-20101 will ultimately be successfully developed and sold.

NewTimeSpace News: On 1 September 2026, CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (stock code: 01093) announced that SYS6010, developed by the Group, has recently been granted another Breakthrough Therapy designation by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China, with the intended indication of recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (R/M HNSCC) in patients who have failed prior immunotherapy and platinum-based chemotherapy.

SYS6010 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), composed of a humanized anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. It specifically binds to EGFR on tumor cell surfaces and releases the cytotoxic payload intracellularly after internalization. According to the GLOBOCAN 2024 global cancer statistics report by the International Agency for Research on Cancer of the World Health Organization, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma records approximately 845,000 new cases and 392,000 deaths globally each year, with approximately 87,000 new cases and 48,000 deaths annually in China, and a five-year overall survival rate of only 40% to 50%.

The announcement stated that the product has markedly improved the objective response rate in patients with recurrent or metastatic HNSCC who failed prior immunotherapy and platinum-based chemotherapy, with durable responses, and a pivotal Phase III clinical trial of the product as monotherapy for the indication is underway. The product has previously received two Breakthrough Therapy designations from the NMPA, for EGFR-mutant advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after failure of EGFR-TKI and platinum-based chemotherapy, and for unresectable locally advanced or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma after failure of first-line platinum-based chemotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors.

	2. SK Hynix Considers Joint-Venture Plant in Japan to Meet AI Storage Demand

According to news on August 31, South Korea's SK Hynix is studying the feasibility of building a memory chip plant in Japan as a joint venture, to cope with the growth in storage demand driven by the artificial intelligence (AI) boom while keeping production costs under control. SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won said the company is searching for suitable sites across Japan, with the primary consideration being "ample electricity and water resources," but did not disclose potential partners or specific locations.

	3. Tencent Hunyuan Hy4 Preview Call Volume Surges; WorkBuddy Has Carried Out Emergency Capacity Expansion

On August 31, Tencent Hunyuan posted that since Hunyuan Hy4 preview was first integrated and launched on WorkBuddy on August 28, 2026, its markedly improved agent capabilities have drawn active trial and enthusiastic feedback from a wide range of users and developers, and queuing appeared in the WorkBuddy task queue on its very first day online, for which it apologized sincerely. To safeguard the user experience, the company has carried out emergency capacity expansion for the Hy4 preview inference cluster and will continue to allocate resources dynamically. However, constrained by total high-end computing capacity and concentrated peak concurrency, it does not rule out queuing continuing during certain periods.

	4. OpenAI Reportedly Purchases Tens of Thousands of Apple Macs for AI Training

According to news on August 31, OpenAI has procured tens of thousands of Apple Mac mini and Mac Studio units, dedicated to reinforcement learning training and the development of computer-operation AI agents. All the Mac mini and Mac Studio units OpenAI purchased come without monitors or keyboards, rather than MacBooks, and it has repeatedly asked Apple to expedite delivery amid strong demand. Apple's M-series chips adopt a unified memory architecture that lets the CPU, GPU, and others share the same memory pool, reducing the performance loss from data transfer during AI training. Unified memory capacity in some high-end chips reaches up to 512GB, and the thermal design of the Mac mini and Mac Studio is also better suited to running training tasks over extended periods.

NewTimeSpace News: On September 1, 2026, XPENG-W (09868.HK) edged lower in afternoon trading. As of 15:38 HKT, the stock traded at HK$44.64, down 0.58%.

In news updates, Xpeng released its August 2026 delivery figures. The firm delivered 39,107 new vehicles in the month, representing a 4% year‑on‑year increase and a roughly 2.8% month‑on‑month rise from July’s 38,027 units. By the end of July, Xpeng’s cumulative global vehicle deliveries had surpassed 1.2 million units.

Guosheng Securities commented that the Robotaxi market features long‑term growth potential. It is positive about Xpeng’s business model of joint operations with Amap and overseas mobility platforms. Since launching internal trials in July, Xpeng’s mass‑produced Robotaxi equipped with VLA2.0 has completed more than 2,000 internal test ride‑hailing orders in Guangzhou. The company has recently finished development of its cloud remote takeover platform, targeting to launch passenger‑carrying operations without in‑vehicle safety drivers in 2027.

XPENG-W (09868.HK) Focuses on the full-stack in-house R&D and large-scale deployment of end-to-end autonomous driving foundational models for mass-produced vehicles. Its proprietary XNGP (Advanced Driver Assistance System) has completely decoupled from high-definition maps, demonstrating exceptional generalization capabilities in complex urban NOA (Navigation Guided Pilot) scenarios. The activation rate of advanced ADAS and the mileage penetration rate among users of newly delivered models remain at the industry forefront, providing a highly deterministic benchmark for vehicle-side AI application delivery.

NewTimeSpace (newtimespace.com) News, on September 1, 2026, the chip theme weakened, and HUA HONG GRACE (01347.HK) fluctuated lower. As of 13:35, the stock was quoted at HKD 120.600, down 1.95%.

On the news front, CXMT has begun small-batch production of HBM3E and plans to expand capacity in 2027, with domestic chip design teams such as CAMBRICON and Alibaba T-Head testing its compatibility with their self-developed processors.

SCS noted that DeepSeek-V4 has achieved Day-0 adaptation across nine types of domestic chips, Huawei's CANN has been fully open-sourced, and Z.AI's GLM-5.3-Flash is the first to provide external services relying on domestic chip clusters in large-scale traffic scenarios, with its per-token cost already comparable to that of mainstream NVIDIA GPUs. Domestic chips are moving from "usable" to "easy to use," with increasingly high cost-effectiveness; as computing-power demand and policy reinforce each other, the localization process has entered a phase of volume delivery.

HUA HONG GRACE(01347.HK)Specializes in specialty process wafer foundry, offering customized manufacturing of power discretes, embedded non-volatile memory, analog and power management ICs. Its 8-inch and 12-inch production lines serve automotive, industrial control and data center power management applications. The company holds multiple automotive-grade quality certifications and provides mass production foundry services to various domestic and international automotive clients. Its overall capacity utilization has remained high over an extended period.

NewTimeSpace (newtimespace.com) News, on September 1, 2026, the robotics theme weakened, and MIDEA GROUP (00300.HK) fluctuated lower. As of 13:22, the stock was quoted at HKD 100.600, down 0.79%.

On the news front, in its interim report, MIDEA GROUP looked ahead to the second half of 2026 and set out its operating approach for the industrial end and for domestic and overseas markets. MIDEA GROUP will hold firm on its core base of white goods and HVAC businesses, steadily expand sub-core businesses such as robotics, new energy, and data center liquid cooling, and drive its ToC and ToB businesses to form a "growth relay."

In its latest report, GOLDMAN SACHS noted that its forecast for global humanoid robot shipments in 2030 has been sharply raised from 256,000 units to 890,000 units, and for 2035 from 1.40 million units to 6.50 million units, with the corresponding market size reaching USD 138 billion. The rationale behind the upgrade is that multiple manufacturers have entered mass-production stages, open-source tools have become more plentiful, financing processes have accelerated, and government policy support is in place.

MIDEA GROUP (00300.HK) Comprehensively positions itself within the industrial-grade embodied AI and core automation equipment supply chain through its wholly-owned subsidiary KUKA, one of the "Big Four" global industrial robot giants. The company focuses on the R&D and delivery of high-precision articulated robotic arms, heavy-duty logistics AGVs, and industrial automation software systems. Its intelligent manufacturing solutions are widely deployed across core heavy-asset production lines globally, including automotive manufacturing and electronic semiconductors. Backed by industry-leading delivery metrics for industrial-grade robots, it serves as the foundational infrastructure anchor for the sector.

NewTimeSpace News: On 31 August 2026, CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (stock code: 01093) announced that the Phase I clinical trial of SYH2092 injection, developed by the Group for weight management in adults who are overweight or obese, has been formally initiated at the first clinical trial centre in China.

SYH2092 is an amylin receptor agonist. According to the announcement, by optimising agonist activity, the product is expected to improve efficacy while maintaining a manageable tolerability profile, and by optimising fatty acid modification, it can prolong the half-life in vivo with the potential to deliver durable weight-loss benefits. Preclinical studies have shown that, compared with several amylin analogues currently in clinical development, the product demonstrates higher target agonist activity, significant weight-loss effects and sustained weight-maintenance effects.

The Group obtained the drug clinical trial approval notice for the product from the National Medical Products Administration in August 2026 and initiated the Phase I clinical trial after approval. The Phase I trial aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of single-dose administration of the product in healthy participants. The product is expected to bring significant clinical benefits to weight management in obese patients and improve glycaemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and participant recruitment and screening for the Phase I clinical trial are being actively progressed.

NewTimeSpace News: On August 31, 2026, Ocumension Therapeutics (stock code: 01477) announced that the first patient has been dosed in the Phase III clinical trial of OT-202 (spleen tyrosine kinase inhibitor/vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2), an investigational treatment for dry eye disease (DED), conducted in the People's Republic of China.

OT-202 is the Company's self-developed first-in-class drug candidate for moderate-to-severe DED. It acts as a dual-target inhibitor of spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2, producing synergistic anti-inflammatory effects. In the Phase I clinical trial completed in February 2023, OT-202 demonstrated favorable safety and tolerability in healthy adult subjects. The Phase II clinical trial completed enrollment of 213 patients in China in November 2023, with results published in Ophthalmology, a leading international ophthalmology journal, and the trial met its primary endpoint in March 2024.

The announcement noted that the successful dosing of the first patient marks an important milestone in OT-202's clinical development in China and reflects the Group's commitment to advancing innovative therapies for DED patients. The Company cautioned that there is no assurance OT-202 will ultimately be successfully commercialized, and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's shares.

NewTimeSpace News: On 31 August 2026, Abbisko Cayman Limited (stock code: 02256) voluntarily announced that its subsidiary, Shanghai Abbisko Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd., has announced that the first patient has been dosed in the Phase I clinical trial of ABSK211, an oral, highly potent small-molecule pan-KRAS inhibitor broadly covering multiple KRAS alterations, in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS gene alterations; the study aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, efficacy and pharmacokinetic profile of ABSK211 in these patients.

According to the announcement, KRAS is one of the most frequently altered oncogenic driver genes in human cancers, with KRAS alterations present in approximately 90% of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, approximately 45% of colorectal cancer and approximately 34% of non-small cell lung cancer. Preclinical studies showed that ABSK211 exhibits broad-spectrum and potent inhibitory activity against multiple major KRAS alterations including KRAS G12D, G12C, G12S, G12V, G13D and KRAS wild-type amplification; in vitro, ABSK211 significantly inhibited the proliferation of multiple KRAS-mutant tumor cell lines at sub-nanomolar to nanomolar concentrations, with little activity against KRAS wild-type cells with normal copy numbers; in vivo studies further showed that ABSK211 induced significant and durable tumor regression in multiple KRAS-altered tumor models, with potent target engagement.

In addition, ABSK211 demonstrated favorable combination potential across multiple tumor models; when combined with PRMT5 inhibitors, cetuximab, immunotherapy and chemotherapy regimens, it further enhanced antitumor activity with potential to prolong durable responses, providing a strong basis for exploring ABSK211-based combination strategies.

ABSK211 is a novel investigational oral small-molecule pan-KRAS inhibitor independently developed by Abbisko, which has received IND approvals from both China's NMPA and the US FDA, with global clinical development advancing as planned following the first patient dosing. Abbisko, established in 2016, is a biopharmaceutical company committed to researching, discovering and developing innovative and differentiated drugs; its independently developed Class 1 new drug pimatinib has been approved for marketing by the NMPA, with dozens of other drug candidates in clinical development.

NewTimeSpace News: On 31 August 2026,Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited (stock code: 01177) announced that the final results of the Phase I clinical study of Kylo-11 ("LPA siRNA"), a Class 1 innovative drug independently developed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Hejiya Biomedical Co., Ltd., were presented as a Late-Breaking Clinical Science (LBCT) oral presentation at the 2026 Congress of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), with the full study concurrently published in The Lancet (IF: 109).

According to the announcement, the study was a first-in-human, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single ascending dose clinical study in which 70 subjects actually received Kylo-11 or placebo. Final data showed that a single dose of Kylo-11 significantly and durably reduced Lp(a): at week 48, the median percentage reductions from baseline in Lp(a) in the mid-to-high dose groups were 94.6% in the 225 mg group (cohort 4), 95.6% in the 225 mg group (cohort 7, higher baseline group), 96.3% in the 450 mg group (cohort 5) and 97.0% in the 600 mg group (cohort 6); in cohort 7, subjects had a median baseline Lp(a) of 217.7 nmol/L, and after a single 225 mg dose, Lp(a) fell by a median absolute reduction of 207.7 nmol/L from baseline at week 48, with median Lp(a) declining to 10.5 nmol/L. In the 225 mg and above dose groups, Lp(a) approached its maximum reduction approximately 4 weeks after dosing and was maintained through week 48, providing important clinical evidence supporting the "once-a-year" dosing strategy.

In terms of safety, within 24 weeks after dosing, 37 of the 70 subjects reported adverse events, predominantly of grade 1-2, most of which were judged by investigators to be unrelated to the study drug; by the end of the 48-week study, no clear trend of increasing adverse event rates with dose was observed, and no serious adverse events, injection site reactions or deaths occurred, with Kylo-11 generally well tolerated.

Kylo-11 is a long-acting siRNA drug targeting the LPA gene, which lowers serum Lp(a) by targeting hepatic LPA mRNA and inhibiting apolipoprotein(a) synthesis; unlike conventional GalNAc-siRNA structures, Kylo-11 adopts a non-canonical siRNA molecular design with two GalNAc groups conjugated at the 3' end of the sense strand and another two GalNAc groups at the 5' end of the antisense strand. Kylo-11 is currently undergoing a Phase II clinical study in China and the United States in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) and elevated Lp(a).

NewTimeSpace News: On 31 August 2026, HUTCHMED (China) Limited (stock code: 00013) announced positive topline results from the SANOVO Phase III study in China: in treatment-naive patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring EGFR mutations and MET overexpression, the combination of ORPATHYS (savolitinib) and TAGRISSO (osimertinib) demonstrated a statistically significant and highly clinically meaningful improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) versus TAGRISSO monotherapy, in both the high-MET and intent-to-treat (ITT) patient populations.

According to the announcement, in both populations, the combination also demonstrated highly encouraging overall survival (OS) clinical benefit, one of the secondary endpoints of the study; the study will continue to follow up on these results, and the data will be presented at an upcoming academic conference. The safety profile of the combination was consistent with the known safety profiles of each drug, with no new safety signals identified.

SANOVO is a blinded, randomized, controlled Phase III clinical trial that enrolled 326 treatment-naive patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC harboring EGFR mutations (exon 19 deletion or L858R) and MET overexpression, randomized 1:1 to receive TAGRISSO 80 mg once daily combined with either ORPATHYS or placebo at 300/200 mg twice daily (dose depending on body weight), with investigator-assessed PFS as the primary endpoint (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT05009836).

The announcement noted that, based on the SACHI Phase III study, the ORPATHYS and TAGRISSO combination has been approved in China for patients with EGFR-mutant locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with MET amplification who progressed on EGFR TKI therapy; the SAFFRON global Phase III study in EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients with MET overexpression or amplification who progressed on TAGRISSO also announced positive topline results in August 2026, demonstrating statistically and clinically meaningful PFS and OS improvements. ORPATHYS was jointly developed by AstraZeneca and HUTCHMED, and is commercialized by AstraZeneca.

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 August 2026, Ascletis Pharma Inc. (stock code: 01672) voluntarily announced that the first subject has been dosed in the global Phase III clinical program of ASC30, a once-daily oral small-molecule glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) agonist for long-term weight management. The program comprises two pivotal multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III trials, AURORA-1 (NCT07743463) and AURORA-2 (NCT07743450), evaluating the long-term efficacy, safety and tolerability of ASC30 in approximately 4,600 obese or overweight subjects in the United States, Europe and Canada.

According to the announcement, both trials have a 72-week treatment period and evaluate three maintenance doses (20 mg, 40 mg and 60 mg): AURORA-1 evaluates efficacy and safety in obese subjects (BMI ≥ 30 kg/m²) or overweight subjects (BMI ≥ 27 kg/m² with at least one weight-related comorbidity) without type 2 diabetes, while AURORA-2 evaluates efficacy and safety in obese or overweight subjects (BMI ≥ 27 kg/m²) with type 2 diabetes; the primary endpoint of both trials is the percent change in body weight from baseline at week 72.

Ascletis expects to report topline data for the AURORA Phase III program in the third quarter of 2028, and expects to submit a New Drug Application (NDA) to the US FDA by the end of 2028 and a Marketing Authorisation Application (MAA) to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in early 2029. If approved, ASC30 has the potential to become the second oral small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist launched in the United States and Europe. The Company maintains a robust balance sheet and sufficient cash on hand to cover the planned regulatory submissions in the US and Europe and support operations through 2029.

In terms of pipeline, in addition to the AURORA global Phase III monotherapy program, Ascletis is also developing the first oral small-molecule GLP-1/GIP dual-target agonist fixed-dose combination similar to tirzepatide (ASC30_48FDC), the first oral small-molecule GLP-1/GIP/amylin triple-target agonist fixed-dose combination similar to tirzepatide/eloralintide (ASC30_48_39FDC), and a fixed-dose combination of oral small-molecule GLP-1 and oral amylin (ASC30_39FDC). The announcement contains a warning statement under Rule 18A.05 of the Listing Rules.

NewTimeSpace News: On 27 August 2026, TYK Medicines, Inc (stock code: 02410) voluntarily announced that its self-developed next-generation EGFR-TKI innovative drug, dovatinib mesylate tablets (TY-9591 tablets), has been granted conditional approval for marketing by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), for the first-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletion (19DEL) or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations, with central nervous system (CNS) metastases.

According to the announcement, dovatinib mesylate tablets are a next-generation highly selective, irreversible oral EGFR-TKI, being a differentiated deuterated innovative product derived from osimertinib. Through unique structural optimization, the drug effectively reduces the generation of toxic metabolites and possesses superior pharmacokinetic characteristics, demonstrating outstanding clinical efficacy and safety advantages in patients with EGFR 19del and L858R sensitive mutations with brain metastases. The Company has established multiple monotherapy and combination therapy clinical studies around the product, comprehensively covering various segment indications of advanced NSCLC.

The announcement contains a warning statement that the Company cannot guarantee the eventual successful commercialization of dovatinib mesylate tablets, and shareholders and prospective investors should exercise caution when dealing in the Company's shares.

NewTimeSpace News: On 27 August 2026, ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. (stock code: 01541) voluntarily announced that the first patient has been dosed in the Phase II clinical trial (IMM2510-HCC-201) of IMM2510 in combination with IMM27M as first-line treatment for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), a study designed to evaluate the preliminary efficacy and safety of the combination in this patient population.

According to the announcement, since the initial investigational new drug (IND) application for the combination was submitted in 2023, its clinical development has progressed steadily: the Phase Ib trial of the combination in advanced solid tumors has determined the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D), and expansion studies are ongoing in solid tumors following prior immunotherapy failure, including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Preliminary data showed the combination was generally well tolerated; among 6 evaluable patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in the dose escalation stage, 3 achieved partial response (PR), 2 had stable disease (SD) and 1 had immune-unconfirmed progressive disease (iUPD), representing an objective response rate (ORR) of 50%.

In terms of mechanisms, IMM2510 is the Group's self-developed bispecific molecule targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1), with a monoclonal antibody-receptor fusion protein (mAb-Trap) structure; IMM27M is a next-generation cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) antibody with enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity. Given HCC's strong immunosuppressive and active angiogenesis characteristics, the combination of IMM2510 and IMM27M achieves synergistic coverage of the three targets PD-L1, VEGF and CTLA-4, aiming to significantly improve antitumor efficacy over existing first-line standard treatments and provide a promising novel treatment option for patients with advanced HCC. The announcement also contains a warning statement under Rule 18A.05 of the Listing Rules, noting that the Company cannot guarantee the successful development or eventual commercialization of the combination.
